Clearlake Oaks County Water District would like to welcome Barbara Higman as the new appointed Director of the Board.  Barbara was appointed to fill the vacancy left by Judy Heeszel, which will expire in December 2019.  Everyone here at CLOCWD would like to welcome Barbara and look forward to a very busy and productive term.
