As a reminder, beginning July 1, 2021, water base rates have been scheduled to increase annually, with the final adjustment set for July 1, 2025.

Beginning July 1, 2021, Sewer base rates will be increased annually with the final adjustment under this schedule to be implemented on July 1, 2026.
CRP Funding
CRP stands for Capital Replacement Project. This portion of your bill is deposited into a separate account dedicated to funding infrastructure repairs throughout the District. When applying for State and Federal grants, it is often required to demonstrate that funds are available for repair and replacement. For transparency and tracking purposes, this charge is itemized on your bill.
- CRP Water: Beginning July 1, 2021, this rate increases by 2.5% annually, with the final adjustment under this schedule occurring no later than July 1, 2025.
- CRP Sewer: Starting July 1, 2021, this rate increased 25.75% initially, followed by 3.0% annual increases, with the final adjustment also scheduled for no later than July 1, 2025.
