Proposition 218 Notice and Public Hearing

Public Hearing Notification – Proposed Rate Increase Effective July 1, 2026

As of April 27, 2026, notices regarding a proposed rate increase have been distributed via electronic notification and bill insert. The proposed rate adjustments are scheduled to take effect on July 1, 2026. The official Public Hearing Notification, which outlines the proposed changes in detail, is available for review below.

We recognize that increases in service rates can place an added burden on our customers, particularly during a time of rising costs. These decisions are made with careful consideration, and while rate adjustments are not undertaken lightly, they are necessary to ensure the continued delivery of safe, reliable, and high-quality service.

The public hearing will be held on June 18, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the Administration Building located at:
12952 E. Highway 20
Clearlake Oaks, CA 95423

All protest procedures and hearing details are included in the public notice.
